During the Mavs-Twolves game, Don Nelson (my second favorite coach behind the inimitable Gregg Popovich) was thrown out 93 SECONDS into the game. His explanation: "Oh, I cursed him." I love it. Maybe he just wanted to show solidarity to Spree, his former player, and also get the boot.
